Bank charges and transfer fees are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms shall follow the agreed Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.) where applicable.

Risk transfers to the client in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
7. Inspection and Claims

The client must inspect goods upon receipt.

Any claim regarding damage, shortage, or non-conformity must be submitted in writing within [7] days of delivery.

Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.
8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant goods or services.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, transport issues, or third parties.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

10. Intellectual Property
